WELCOME TO THE SHADY REST FLEA MARKET
WE WOULD LIKE TO WELCOME ALL VENDORS NEW AND OLD.
OUR SET OF RULES ARE BEING SET AS A GUIDE TO HELP EVERYONE ENJOY AND BE SAFE DURING THEIR MARKET EXPERIENCE AND CAN BE REVISED AT ANYTIME.
THE MARKET WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT VENDORS STAY SETUP UNTIL 3:00 PM.
THIS IS NOT MANDATORY BUT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
MARKET HOURS ARE FROM 8AM -4PM SUN
As an incentive to vendors the market is going to have a ticket drawing every Sunday at 3:00 pm. One ticket will be handed out to every vendor at the time of space rental collection.
Tickets are non-transferable.
The winning number will be posted at the concession stand. The prize will be 2 Sunday space rentals valued at 16 dollars and must be redeemed sometime during the 2009 season. The prize can not be carried over to the next year. The winning vendor must be present to receive their prize and not have their space torn down. Prize must be claimed within 15 min of the drawing or there will be a re-draw every 15 min until a winner is found or until close of the market for the day.
Shady Rest Market reserves the right to refuse any vendor from the market and also reserves the right to inspect any and all merchandise to be sold.
Shady Rest Market is not responsible for Injuries or damages to persons or property.
