Shady Rest Market Firearm Registration Form
Signing this form releases the Shady Rest Market of any and all liability of firearms sales and any law violations by the sellers. This form must be completed before firearms will be allowed to be sold.
It is the responsibility of the seller to follow all laws pertaining to firearms sales in the state of Ohio and the Federal Gun Control Act.
By signing this form you agree that you will allow any employee of the shady rest market or any law enforcement agency upon request to inspect or search your merchandise and vehicle or any other storage place in the immediate area without warrant for any illegal weapons, ammunition or illegal contraband.
By signing this form the seller verifies that any firearms sold were legally obtained and are from a collection owned by the seller if you don't hold a valid FFL License.
According to law if selling without a FFL. License as a casual sale you the seller needs to verify that the person buying is a resident of Ohio, over the age of 18 for shot guns, or rifles and over 21 for hand guns and are allowed by law to own or posses a firearm.
Seller must provide the market with their completed signed form before selling or displaying any firearms.
Random checks will be conducted to verify that the firearms form is completed and laws are followed, If not law enforcement will be notified and you will be removed from the market.

Notice: Following the law is the sole responsibility of the seller. No Ammunition is allowed to be on the premises or sold at anytime whether selling firearms or not.
If ammo is found in your area you may be asked to leave the premises and possibly banned from the market.
