• All vendor spaces are $8.00 per space. Fees need to be paid in cash and in full to the flea market when entering the market.
• Your vehicle must fit in the rented space.
• Vendors may not deface or nail anything to the trees, poles or any other market property.
• All spaces are on a first come basis unless marked reserved , you may reserve spaces the week prior, but if not at market by 7:00 am Sun the reserved space will not be held. If you reserve a space and don't show up for 2 consecutive weeks without notification to management your space will no longer be held.
• All items displayed for sale must be within vendor spaces.
• Vendors are responsible for OH sales tax and any licenses needed to do business, the market is not liable in anyway if state guidelines are not followed.
• Each seller is required to keep his or her area clean. No one is permitted to leave any discarded merchandise, boxes, or cartons on the grounds.
• No unleashed or disruptive pets of any kind allowed. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet, securing the pet and controlling the animal. The pet owner carries the sole liability for any injuries that may result from the pet to another person. ((( The market is not responsible for any injuries due to your animal)))
• Any vendor interested in selling any type of firearm must see management first and follow any procedures prescribed by the management before displaying or selling any such firearms, this rule will strictly be enforced and any violation will result in removal from the market and the possibility of being banned. Any violation of the procedures could result in notification of law enforcement with civil penalties.
• The management is not responsible for supplying any electrical service.

NOT PERMITTED:

• No selling goods in parking lot
• No live animal sales
• No Sale or swap of explosives, flammables, fireworks, Etc....
• No Sale or swap of alcoholic beverages or items of any obscene or pornographic nature, tobacco products, gambling, raffles, pull tickets, etc...
• No Sale of open food or fast food, sale of water, soda, candy, cookies, homemade baked goods etc.
• No counterfeit or knock off sales of any type

No live Ammunition to be on the property for sale or show etc... whether selling firearms or not for safety reasons.

Live Ammunition's are banned from the market grounds.

All rules in red will be strictly enforced and will be acted upon if seen to be in violation with no tolerance. You will be asked to leave and quite possibly banned if caught to be in violation of those rules.
